Weigh in # 72

The nagging little gains of the past two weeks went away, and then some. Down 1.7 for a new total of 81.8 pounds gone.  I'm 16.4 pounds from the goal set at WW but I plan to go for another 21.4 - 26.4 and see if I can maintain that weight. Time will tell.  Meanwhile, I need to shop for Halloween candy and get through that temptation.


Been there, tried that, it didn't work!

So true, so true. 


I'm happy to say that the last photo isn't true at all. My set backs have been very minor and I haven't felt deprived once. I know it is because of the mind-body connection. I wish I could tell everyone how to find the key that works for them. Here's to never losing mine, both the key and my mind.
